Terms of Agreement
By joining the Twin Oaks Raven Post Wine Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change, and members will be notified of any updates via email.
Membership Benefits- Membership is ongoing and billed quarterly based on your selected tier
- Members may cancel after receiving their second shipment by contacting us at least 30 days prior to the next billing date
Shipments - Shipments occur 4 times per year (March, June, September, December)
- Wines are selected by our winemaker to showcase seasonal releases and favorites
- Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery
Payment & Billing - Your credit card will be automatically charged prior to each shipment
- Shipping and applicable taxes are included in your quarterly cost
Member discount- Discounts apply to additional wine purchases made online or in person
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or event pricing (i.e. Sunday Happy Hour)
Cancellations & Changes - To pause, upgrade, or cancel your membership, please notify us at least 30 days in advance before the next billing date
- Early cancellations (before two shipments) may incur a $25 administrative fee
