Terms of Agreement
By joining the Twin Oaks Wine Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change, and members will be notified of any updates via email.
By joining the Twin Oaks Wine Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change, and members will be notified of any updates via email.
- All members and recipients of club benefits must be at least 21 years of age.
- Wine Club benefits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed when the member is present.
- A confirmation email will be sent within 1–2 business days upon registration.
Membership Benefits
Complimentary Wine Tasting
- Each member is entitled to one complimentary wine tasting per month, which may be shared with one guest.
Wine Discounts
- Members receive a 20% discount on all wine purchases made at Twin Oaks Tavern Winery upon presentation of a valid member ID.
Monthly Wine Bottle Pickup
- Members will receive one complimentary bottle of wine each month. This bottle must be picked up within the same calendar month and cannot be rolled over or accumulated.
Shipping Option
- Members may choose to have wine shipped via VinoShippers at a flat rate of $30 per shipment.
Private Event Rental
- Members will receive a 15% discount to book a private event. Members may book private events at Twin Oaks with a 50% deposit. To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
Cancellations
To cancel your membership, please notify us at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will be subject to a final month’s charge.
